GOVERNMENT LOANS ACCEPTING A 540 FICO??

Hey guys guess what?? Government Insured Loan Programs are now accepting individuals with a 540 mid fico score. Well I guess I should not be surprised given the information that was released May 6, 2008 to YAHOO NEWS. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Corporations are going to do an offering of 4 billion dollars on its shares??

My question is "Who is going to be motivated to buy your shares if the lending guidelines are too strict and interest rates are steady climbing?" Nobody is motivated to get a loan, hence the new lending guideline was released suprisingly the same day as the above announcement that Government Insured Loans may require only a 540 fico. Folks this is truly "AMAZING"!

With housing inventory being up and rates still being low, and businesses cutting back NOW is the time to get your home or build your personnell and inventory in your business.

What this says to me and should say to you is now is the time to start your small business through the SBA backed programs, get an FHA Loan, and Try a NACA or Nehemiah Grant.

If you are exhibiting any interest in any of these programs feel free to contact me at SIMPLE MONEY REO and I can make sure that I point you in the right direction.
